The WALLBOX Pulsar Max charging station—three-phase—adjustable from 2.3 to 22 kW—Bluetooth—Wi-Fi—with a 5-meter Type 2 cable included —is powered by a three-phase connection. Its charging current can be adjusted instantly and at any time between 8A and 32A via the Wallbox app. The charger can therefore be configured to adapt to the available power in your home thanks to its Power Boost feature. Its attached Type 2 cableensures safe charging of your electric car in Mode 3.
Usingthe Wallbox app, you can connect your charging station to your smartphone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The app allows you to manage the following settings:
- Enable/disable charging remotely
- Adjust the charging power between 2.3 and 22 kW
- Schedule charging for specific time slots (to charge only during off-peak hours, for example)
- Configure dynamic charging, if Power Boost is installed on the line
5-meter Type 2 cable included
The charging station comes with a 5-meter Type 2 charging cable already attached. This charging station is therefore compatible with all Type 2 vehicles.
Wall-mounted cable holder included

The CARLO GAVAZZI Power Boost also features an energy analyzer function.
The Power Boost function allows the charging station to adapt the charging power in real time to your vehicle
within the limits of your electrical system, toprevent the circuit breaker from trippingdue to overload.
Power Boost therefore ensures that you always charge your vehicle at the maximum available power
without ever tripping the circuit breaker.
Power Boost also enables the ECO SMART feature, allowing you to configure 100% solar charging for homes equipped with solar panels.
You can choose between two modes:

The Carplug team successfully tested the Wallbox Pulsar Pus charging station. Connecting the power supply is simple thanks to the 10mm² terminal block with its lever mechanism. No screwdriver is needed to connect the cables. The electrical safety features selected by CARPLUG are compatible and ensure safe operation.
The charging station powers on quickly and is ready to charge in about 1 minute. We downloaded the Wallbox app, entered the serial number and PUK code, and the connection was established without any issues. We then plugged in the cable: charging started automatically at the current level set in the app. If you change the current level in the app, the charging current changes instantly on the car.
Verdict: Very positive. An ideal charging station for a garage or home, for anyone who wants to track their energy usage, manage their charging windows, and occasionally adjust the charging current.
