Thanks to theWallbox app, you can connect your charging station to your smartphone via Bluetooth or WiFi. The app lets you manage the following settings:
- Enable / Disable remote charging
- Set charging power between 2.3 and 7.4kW
- Program charging at desired time slots (to charge only during off-peak hours, for example)
- Configure dynamic charging, if power boost is installed on the line
5m Type 2S attached cable
The bollard is already supplied with a Type 2S charging cable, 5m long, attached to the bollard. The bollard is therefore compatible with all Type 2 vehicles.
Wall-mounted cable clamp included
The bollard is supplied with a wall-mounted cable clamp that allows you to securely attach the Type 2 connector after charging your vehicle.
Plug & Play activation
As soon as you connect the cable to your vehicle and to the terminal, charging starts.

Power Boost dynamic load module
The CARLO GAVAZZI Power Boost also has an energy analyzer function.
The Power Boost function enables the charging station to adapt the charging of your
vehicle in real time, within the limits of your electrical installation, toprevent it from disconnecting due to overload.
Power Boost therefore ensures that your vehicle is always charged at the maximum power available
without ever tripping the electrical panel.
Power Boost also enables you to activate the ECO SMART function, configuring 100% solar charging for homes equipped with solar panels.
You have a choice of two modes:
- Full-Green mode: you'll recharge with 100% green energy, since the charging station will detect when there's sufficient surplus energy to allow you to start charging.
- Eco Mode: this mode combines 100% solar power and grid power to ensure continuous charging power.

The terminal lights up quickly, and is ready to charge in about 1 minute. We downloaded the Wallbox app, entered the serial number and Puk code, and the connection went smoothly. We then plugged in the cable: the charging process started by itself at the intensity set on the app. If you change the intensity on the app, the charging intensity changes instantly on the car.
Conclusion: Very positive. Ideal for a garage or a house, for people who want to monitor their consumption, manage their charging slots, and sometimes change the charging intensity.
